We believe in healthy dental habits throughout your daily life including proper brushing, flossing, regular cleanings and checkups and everyday healthy habits for your body, mind, and spirit. Some guidelines to a healthy lifestyle are:

Get at least 8 hours of sleep
Consume whole, organic, foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, etc.
Maintain adequate hydration
Consume the right amount of nutrients and vitamins
Engage in regular exercise activity
Manage stress in a healthy way

At Smile Ranch, we want to keep our patients safe from dangerous toxins and help them maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our office practices, treatments, and protocols stand by the belief of biological therapies.
